What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components. Quest Home Inspections will perform a thorough inspection that will point out defects and explain to you the overall general condition of your home systems and components. In addition, we will compile a comprehensive report documenting all of our findings including images and recommendations. Your report will be delivered to you via email in PDF file, and can be viewable on both desktop and mobile format for your convenience, The fee for your inspection may depend upon the type and the size of  the property.
